No-one has a guidebook for working from home during these times, when you are balancing caring responsibilities and home-schooling.

Do not forget that "you are not working from home; you are at your home during a crisis trying to work."

However, there are a few things you can do to help you feel calmer and set realistic expectations for yourself and your family.

During this one-hour online workshop you will be covering:

1.How to understand your values; what work-life success looks like right now

2.The mental load: understanding how this shows up and your resources

3.How to build resilience: the powering of reframing and relationships

You will be working through a variety of group coaching exercises, and will have the chance to ask questions a the end to your Coach and Trainer. Clara Wilcox.

Feedback on the workshop:

"I was pleased to attend the insightful and well-planned webinar that Clara delivered today to a number of Aston University staff, focusing on how to balance working from home during lockdown. As a parent of two home-schooling boys and having an NHS wife who is needing to split her time between home working and the lab during the current lockdown, I'm experiencing several of the work/life balance challenges faced by many of us. Clara's engaging presentation style and clear content was very helpful, with some excellent suggestions to assist with the situation."
